2025–Present MEDvidi Senior Product Designer Core track, AI experience track U.S.-based (36 states) · 120K+ appts per year · Tele-Mental Health Platform: Providers Portal, Patient portal, CRM End-to-end design of AI features and provider-facing workflows for the Provider Portal and CRM, reducing administrative workload and streamlining clinical operations. Designed AI-powered chart review, note generation, and follow-up treatment tracking, delivering production-ready solutions that cut operational overhead. Improved provider financial transparency and redesigned legacy CRM information architecture, reducing ambiguity, frustration, and navigation complexity.

2022–2024 T-Bank Product Designer T-Bank, a leading digital bank serving 40M+ customers, focused on self-service, critical security journeys, and complex scenarios involving government-related services, AML, and collections. Led the Arrestments experience redesign, reducing support inquiries by over 50% and saving ₽20M+ annually. Redesigned phone number change and adaptive procedure-player flows, reducing user errors, improving self-resolution, and lowering escalations to live agents.

My background in art and illustration shaped my sensitivity to structure, hierarchy, and visual clarity. In product design, I use that lens to organize complexity, guide attention, and make experiences easier to understand and act on.

Beyond work

In the past 4 years, I’ve lived in 5 countries — an experience that shaped the way I observe people, cultures, and everyday systems.

I travel with my husband and our dog, whom we rescued from the streets of Armenia.

Outside of design, I find joy in drawing and illustration, ceramics, time in nature, dog training and conversations with people who are curious about the world.
